Cancellation Policy

At Divash Handcrafts, we begin processing your order shortly after payment is confirmed. Since many of our products are handmade and prepared specifically for each order, we request customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is received before order processing begins, your order will be cancelled and, where applicable, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if:

• The order has already been processed.
• The order has been packed for shipment.
• The order has been shipped.
• The order contains customized or personalized products (if offered in the future).
